With a combined thirty years of experience, Brynard and Cox are crucial to expanding the company with new directives, to new markets.

Stefan Brynard joins as Chief Financial Officer

Stefan brings more than 15 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Management Accountant, serving as Finance Director in SMEs and startups throughout the EMEA region. Alongside his commercial finance roles, he has been actively involved in grassroots entrepreneurial development in South Africa through a not-for-profit initiative - an experience that has deeply shaped his passion for supporting innovation and growth.

Most recently, Stefan completed an MBA in Entrepreneurial Innovation at the University of London, Queen Mary. He is particularly passionate about helping startups scale by building the right systems and processes to support sustainable growth. In his new role at Audioscenic, Stefan looks forward to working with the talented team as the company embarks on its next phase of strategic expansion.

Tracy Cox appointed as Head of Marketing

Tracy Cox brings over 15 years of international marketing leadership across both B2B and B2C technology sectors, including professional audio, marine electronics and consumer technology. Her senior roles at Neutrik Group, Navico (Brunswick Corporation) and Turtle Beach Corporation reflect her proficiency in launching technical hardware products and ecosystems on a global scale, spanning EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

Based in Hampshire, UK, Tracy is a Chartered Marketer whose background spans psychology and journalism, with an MBA Essentials certificate from the London School of Economics (LSE). At Audioscenic, she will lead global go-to-market strategy, brand development and campaign delivery as the brand accelerates market penetration for its cutting-edge audio technologies. Looking to the Future As Audioscenic expands its OEM and licensing footprint, having already achieved recognition through prestigious industry awards and collaborations with major consumer electronics brands like Dell, Razer and Acer, these leadership hires position the company to capitalise on high-growth opportunities in spatial audio, immersive entertainment and next-generation hardware.

Stefan’s involvement strengthens the brand’s financial leadership and governance as they scale rapidly and manage growth across multiple markets and product categories. His start-up and SME background brings a structured yet agile mindset to support Audioscenic’s evolving operational footprint. Meanwhile, Tracy’s extensive marketing expertise ensures their unique spatial-audio technologies will reach and resonate with key global audiences - from gaming and entertainment to professional audio and automotive.
